The QuickBooks Connection Diagnostic Tool is designed to troubleshoot networking and multi-user errors that can occur when you open a company file. If you’re experiencing H202, H505, or 6000 series errors, this tool can help. The QuickBooks Connection Diagnostic Tool works only with computers running Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP with QuickBooks 2008 and newer or QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 8.0 and newer.
Steps to Use QuickBooks Diagnostic Tool
• To download the QuickBooks Connection Diagnostic If you have any previous version of QuickBooks Connection Diagnostic tool first Uninstall it then Install it. To Uninstall it Go to Start Button then go to Control Panel then click on Uninstall Program once you see the list of all the Installed programs Select the Program that you want to Uninstall Make a Right Click on it then click on Uninstall.
• Once it is Installed it will open up Automatically.
• Click on Browse then click on test Connectivity. It will check for Blocked Ports for the firewall.
